Strother Hammond resides in Tampa, FL with his wife and three kids.  He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering and has been involved in the insurance industry for 12 years with five of those years being strictly long term care insurance. 
 
Strother was a hospice volunteer in Tampa for two years prior to his children being born.  He has volunteered in skilled nursing facilities that primarily take Medicaid patients, and it is this hands-on experience that has made Strother passionate about the need for families to protect their dignity, assets and way of life through the acquisition of affordable long term care insurance.

Fontaine Ayala – lives in Tampa, FL with her husband and daughter, and has spent the majority of her working life as a very accomplished graphic designer/architectural illustrator with a degree from the Florida Metropolitan University in Tampa.
